Kevin McNamara is an educator, musician, and attorney who spent twelve years teaching orchestra in Indiana public schools prior to transitioning to the practice of law. He has served as adjunct music faculty/guest artist at Roosevelt University, Marian University and Ivy Tech College and is currently an adjunct professor at Valparaiso University where he teaches Entertainment Law in its Graduate Program in Arts and Entertainment Administration.
In addition to his work as an educator, Kevin has been active in the musical arts community as a conductor, instrumentalist, and vocalist, performing as a chamber musician, choral musician, as well as a conductor of opera, musical theater, orchestras, and choirs.
Kevin is active in his church, where he leads the church choir and assists with the Sunday School program. He has also assisted at his children’s school teaching music.
On the legal side of his professional life, in addition to his work with nonprofits, Kevin has worked in the areas of civil defense litigation, education law, and estate law.
