Justin Fromke

As a Staff Attorney, Justin Fromke provides legal advice and services for our nonprofit clients. His care and dedication for our nonprofit clients helps him advise with mission in mind. Justin started as a legal intern with Charitable Allies in 2022, eventually progressing to being hired full time after his graduation from law school. He also has experience as a law clerk for the Solicitor General of Indiana. Prior to law school, Justin worked in nonprofit association management, so he understands the highs and lows of nonprofit leadership well. Justin has led CLE for National Business Institute to educate other attorneys on topics relevant to nonprofit law like reinstating tax exempt status.

Outside of work, Justin enjoys traveling with his wife, as well as watching baseball. On the weekend, you can find Justin playing golf.

Charitable Allies were able to give me knowledgeable and trustworthy advice for our church. I had sought advice from a number of people on how to correct our misclassification as private foundation rather than a public charity with no results that I was completely confident in until I spoke with Justin Fromke . Keep up the good work. I had be researching solutions for 6 mo before I came upon your website…I would definitely recommend any church having this issue to give you a call for peace of mind, affordable and doable solutions.
