Board Basics
For nonprofits who want the documents they need to run their board well and manage the nonprofit's risk, this is a cost-effective package to get the documents you need. This package includes a comprehensive board handbook, customizable board recruiting packet, a sample board meeting agenda and more!
Board Guidance
In this package, we'll have a dedicated nonprofit attorney attend one of your board meetings for up to an hour to discuss legal duties of the board and answer questions from your board and staff. We'll also include all of the template documents from the previous package.

Ready for a little more guidance? In this package, you'll get all the sample documents plus 3 hours of attorney time to use however your organization needs: whether it's attending a board meeting, answering legal questions, or having someone you can call when something pops up.
