Bailey Ortiz is a Program Manager for the fiscal sponsorship program. She helps charitable programs pursue their missional work and raise charitable donations before they obtain their own 501(c)(3) status from the IRS. As someone who previously worked for another nonprofit organization, Bailey understands the unique needs of charitable organizations. She also holds a Master of Social Work degree with a concentration in Community and Organizational Leadership from Indiana University Indianapolis.

Outside of the office, you can find Bailey thrifting for her next great find around Indianapolis or babysitting her niece. She also enjoys yoga, pilates, and puzzles.
