In his career as a Nonprofit Attorney, Justin Fromke has served over 200 nonprofits ranging from large multi-entity philanthropic organizations to small startups. He has guided clients through reorganization, board conflict, programmatic risk, litigation, and conflicts of interest. But his passion is solving complex problems for clients with their mission at the forefront. Justin has a Juris Doctor from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law and has taught CLE for National Business Institute to educate attorneys on topics relevant to nonprofit law like reinstating tax exempt status. Justin previously served a law clerk for the Solicitor General of Indiana. Prior to his career in law, Justin worked at an organization that provided outsourced management and operations support to nonprofit organizations. With this unique legal and operational vantage point, he provides solutions for clients that help their organizations run at their best.
Outside of work, Justin enjoys traveling, as well as watching baseball. On the weekend, you can find Justin playing golf.
