As the Interim CEO, Olivia Cloer leads the Charitable Allies team in serving over 2,000 nonprofit organizations nationwide. With previous experience as the COO and the Director of Marketing and Operations, Olivia led marketing, operations and automation efforts that led to the organization doubling in size within 3 years. Olivia joined the Charitable Allies team in 2020 after her last role serving as the Director of Development for a nonprofit specializing in youth suicide and abuse prevention. Her passion for the nonprofit community was developed at a young age– with both parents with experience working in the nonprofit sector and a young start with volunteering. She has a passion for bringing business savvy to the nonprofit sector so they can serve great causes more effectively.
As a leader, Olivia instills the importance of excellent client service to the team, always looking for ways to connect with clients and improve their experience. She loves making attorneys approachable for the charities that need their help. Olivia was selected as a Mitch Daniels Leadership Foundation fellow in 2024.
Outside of the office, Olivia is very involved in her local church, both as a leader of a young adult group and a preschool teacher. She enjoys taking her Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Felix, for walks, as well as line dancing and reading mystery novels.
